LoneStar Electrostatic Solutions was started by Christopher Almeras in 2022 in effort to provide customers full-service solutions for their ESD needs. With over 20 years of experience in ESD, process engineering and automation, LoneStar can provide a full spectrum of solutions to meet your needs.

Our experience with ESD includes setting up EPAs, compliance verification, implementation of control programs, process assessments, defect investigations and an in depth understanding of current standards.

LoneStar’s team has been responsible for setting up, maintaining and improving a wide variety of processes in electronics manufacturing. This includes SMT, wire bond, conformal coating, selective soldering, plasma, underfill, box builds and manual assembly.
